Two players from same LAN (same IP).

hello,

we decided to try out this server, but as i noticed dual boxing is not allowed, which means two players from lan/same ip cannot play at the same time, unless purchasing premium account which is not even available yet.

is there any solution for this?

there is client per pc, not client per ip. you both gonna be able to play without any problems.

every wireless/lan network card has unique mac number, so technically you will be just fine as the ieska said.

 

mac address is not unique

 

mac-address: find out unique network id of your network card: each network adapter has its own unique identifier.

 

thats not correct google will help you. years ago they find out that there hex macadressystem dont have enough space for alle network adapter. so they started to dispose it twice.

 

interesting. so what exactly differs on other pc, other than lan card adress?
