Blessed Scroll: Enchant Weapon (R-grade) + Lucky Enchant Weapon Stone (FAIL)

hello team,

yesterday i bought 2 items from the l2store for 1,59 euro (i think it was that price for one piece) it was the lucky enchant weapon stone.

i wanted to upgrade my apocalypte dagger from +4 to +5 with the scroll and the stone.

at the first try i get the message in system that the lucky enchant stone is incorrect and dont wont me let to use it...

i read the description from the blessed scroll... and from the enchant stone... there is no information that it is not able to use them... so..

can you tell me please what the problem is or what i have done wrong since i cant find anything in the description.

well where i can read that... its on no info or anything ... it should stand in the info... and im new to this game ... so if you guys telling me that it dont work... then its like stealing money from noobs like me who have no idea and trust in the item info...

 

unfortunatly there are many items in l2store which doesn't have clear and full information about how it actually works, e.g. book of expand warehouse

 

well, then i want my money back.. because im a customer... if im wrong or not enough informed about something i buy... then i got the rights to get my money back ...

its not my mistake or problem if items are not 100% written with info... where should i get this knowlegde... its a problem from the team...

i mean.. if go to buy a new car... and ask him how much hp the car got... the seller is not here but got a info screen... the car got 250 hp... now u drive and well... dont work... u go back and somebody say u... well u got only the 250hp if u buy a turbo .... so u fukked up

! so thats defently ... a wrong answer btw not enough info... so i see that item ... buy it for real money.. and can't use it...

and there is no answer or info why.. just players who are telling that it dont work... it should stand in the info before people spend their money on it... its not here.. so i want my money back... and in the future more detailed info on l2store items...

 

i have to agree with garambo here. limitations like this have to be listed, and if it is not possible to correct the ingame text (because only nc korea can do that) than the description of the store needs to make a potential buyer aware of that limitation. imagine you buy soulshots in the store for your weapon and then they do not work, you come here and ask about it and get the answer "they do not work with bows". or you buy some head decoration and cannot equip it, and then are told "this only works for characters below level 85".

it would be very bad customer service to insist on the validity of a purchase if the item purchased was advertised without mentioning its limitations.

 

well... i see everywhere a innova team posting ... but here... where is it about money and their l2store... no statement...

the stupid.. ingame ticket is buggy too... if i send a petition i get kicked from the game !

like i said im new to this.. i see a item.. read the info.. i think to my self oh wow this can work with more % succes.. ill buy it... at the end.. something dont work.. because info is missing that this 2 items are not working together... point !

 

well it was long time untill i asked staff about some improvements in l2store, to have a better look and info what can we buy
but it didnt happen, only to some agathions tho

i think they are trolling me... i wrote a ticket about the stones and that i want my money back for it.. since it dont work.. and i got still the 2 lucky enchant stones in my inventory..

and here is the answer from gm: thank you for contacting us. you do not have any enchant scrolls for r-grade weapons/armor. you only have them for lower grades. that is why you are having problems.

you can attempt to say to support that the description of the l2store item is misleading and should match the one from link above.

 

yes qre9ive... true...but like i said in almost every game u got good info... and u trust a company/game... so this l2store is a official one.. (in the first way u dont thing about wiki or whatever) nobody told me like you guys before hey hey watchout l2 missing infos on the items... or are wrong :s

the simple point here is, even if the info can be found in the wiki or by google or by searching forums, there is no reason for anyone interested in buying this item to do any research in the first place.

if you are in a supermarket and buy milk, do you google beforehand if this specific company is known to have recently accidentally filled water in their packages? no. you buy the milk and expect milk. if the milk company accidentally filled their packages with water, you can expect to bring back the package to the store and get a refund. noone will expect you to have researched if there was any information online about your milk package containing water, and tell you the sale is final because you "could have googled" it.
