Forum updates related suggestion

i was just thinking about the golden string used for real time updates.

and wondering about a more shiny solution (since i think the dark yellow bar isn't so highlighting)

my suggestion: green for successful bug/issue resolution and for announcements that don't require a thread

red for critical warnings and stuff related to real time known issues being resolved but that have not been resolved yet

in bulletin there are such colored strings, but they are used for other purposes (for .error, .notice, .success, .birthday). i'm afraid that admins can setup only notice (yellow) string. im not sure, maybe on latest vbulletin version things are different.
