Dual certification - R95

hello,

im about to go 95 with my dual and i am thinking of getting berserker's or master's rage. any info on triggering chances?

 

i assume form your avatar that your main is tyrr
well if you ask me for now i think that skill power trigger is better for both iss and tyrr in terms of pvp/pve
skill power can trigger even when iss is doing heal or tyrr prepare for battle, so you can just jump in with this nice bonus on skills


chances are simmiliar, there was even test about it on old experimentarium, you gotta dig it

 

ive hear that patak land much more often than the skill power....
but for tyrr is by far better skill power, since his patak doesnt affect too much his skill power (despite feohs about matak, nowadays this apply for all dds class also).

 

ok so it seems skill power is better... i was thinking of going extra p.atk only for pve issues but guess it needs much more research
