constant disconnects

hello all players and gms, im new in server playing for around 10 days here and every day i have disconects,im sure its nothing in my pc or network because in other servers i stay logged in for 1 week w/o dcs and when i have dcs 2 or 3 or my friends in list have dc too...today i was looking for raid bosses and 5 people from my party including me got disconected...

i hope staff finds some way out to fix this or some way to stop the disconects.

thanks and i really like this server but the disconects are really annoying i cant even mentor people...

 

we had this problem before and they fixed it somehow. i hope they can fix it now too.

 

i had the same problem until i got battleping. now no disconnects at all.

 

well problem solved , i erased frost folder and made a game check,3 days online w/o disconnect,seems the problem was on my client instalation...

 

damn...not so constant but dcs are still happening often

and like in murphys law,allways when you less want it .......

i have this disconnects too !! i have loged in 2 boxes.. first (with pa) got dc and another one not ! wtf !! .. i'm here 1,5 month and still getting this dcs..

 

also dcs here ... never had the issue before ...

today i got disconnected like 15 times.on a normal day i have 2-3 random d/c and no its not from my connection or something.never had this problem in othr server's.please fix that becouse core is the last server where u can enjoy the game but those d/c'ts are making everyone mad

 

no dc here :/ thought never had... just one per month/week... try update windows, delete 4game and reinstal ><

after speaking to our engineers, we've decided that we need some data from those of you who are experiencing constant disconnects. to gather the data we need, you can use wireshark. the description of this soft can be found in the guide linked above. it can also help you with composing a report that should be sent to our support.

archive the file, and name it in the following way:

*nickname*,*date*

title the ticket "wireshark report".

more people do that, more chances we will have to help you with the problem.

 

same problem, but now a lot more stressfulll:

now, time by time the game gets a lot of lag (like 10 sec of delay), and it makes imposible to play :s
