adding ornament on eternal bealt

    on eternal bealt was written, if i understand corectly, that r95 grade ornaments can be used, but when i came to npc olf canore to obtain bealt with skillpower (for example) i saw that r99 ornament is require. sm1 can help me to find out how can i obtain r99 ornament or how i can use r95. ty :)
