Spiritshots delay

as the title says, i'm having a horrible time playing mage type characters because of spiritshot load delay.

is this a common issue?

if not and i'm among the few or only one affected, can it be fixed? how?

 

i'm fine, should be your connection.

 

my connection is good. i barely have to wait much for anything to load.

romania. and the problem is not today. since i came on this server a month ago and wanted to start a mage i noticed this. i was forced to play fighter type cause problem doesn't apply to soulshots.


my pc is not 'state of the art'.. it's a bit better than minimum requirements and i always play and lower details.

mine are working fine, no delays and no lag.
