Returning l2 player (been a long time) Changes?

so i started l2 back in 2004. quit after a few years because of all the bots and zero game maintenance by na ncsoft. i tried l2 again back when it first went free to play (american servers). just today i ran into a forum that suggested trying the eu servers for l2. i am currently downloading the game. how are things here? good community? what has changed in the game? i know on the american f2p servers there is a specific quest line and temporary gear system to get you to the higher levels. is that how it is here? appreciate any info anyone provides. =d

 

well, you are in the wrong section.
this is the correct. you can find topics similar to yours.
community is friendly and you will make enough friends. there are no bots. (in case you see any bot, use the report button from action - alt+c).
we are f2p too but we don't have gear,weapons and op items on store. just potions that will help you lvl faster.

game has changed a lot and it will take some time till you find out what you need.
