Can't download game, only PTS

hello,

since i can't find common topic here i have question - in the past i had installed game client and i also created char on core server. yesterday i wanted download client again, because my party is registred for tournament but site don't allow me download normal game, only pts client. i can't find option for change.

so, can someone help me?

i solve this problem with my friend and one of your qa. i wanst able switch live and pts server.

and no, we all are on naia so we are not comming here. we are only in tournament
