Race Change Item

so since chaos essence became purchasable at any moment i am thinking of an item that could change your race instead. why do i think this is possible?

first with chaos essence we could change class and get new skills but race remains the same. ( i am not sure about stats).

second, with chaos pomander item, racial skills can be changed as well or with some fee you can change them anytime. i don't think there is a problem here.

i only think of this item as matter of appearance.

if i m not wrong the star of destiny item was before the item to change race. it didn't went good. if i remember correct innova announced there are no plans it to bring it back in game in the future.

changing race will not be available because it makes too much trouble and sometimes players make weird combination that are not able to be done in common way.

stone of destiny was also removed by kr developers ,
