Support section ???????

is there such thing?? it could just be me being blind.

i got dc half way through kartia and i cannot "start" with my char. he's gray (like when u delete a char but hes not being deleted just dead on the floor...). i can log onto my account no probs but cant play with my main.

my clan need some admin and i need some game time.... :/

any helpful soul out there would be nice!!!

the support link is the most non user friendly thing i have ever seen....

if ur char is grey and dead on the start screen the reason is only one: it has been banned... check your email address and you will find a mail with duration of ban and motivations.

as it is said earlier, your character has been banned and if you want to know what happened please contact support team. forum staff cannot deal with it.
