hey there, iam recently trying to finish the "we are friends" quest in magmeld. so i took the quest, went to fairy settlement and killed cocoons. like 30-40 minutes not even one single fairy citizen spawned. now iam wondering. am i doing something wrong? because people keep telling me the quest could be done in a few minutes... i deleted it, took it again, still the same. what i (personally) find kinda strange is, that i need to press the ctrl key to be ablt to attack the cocoons. is that the way it works or a mistake? everytime i kill a cocoon there are just 2 mobs spawning which have differences in how hard they are to kill. any help would be appreciated!
you have to hold ctrl in order to atk cocoons yes, works as intended. however, i as well noticed this quest was not working right after lindvior update. it was before 5 mins quest indeed, but i farmed with my summoner there a lot and those citizens indeed didn't spawn at all. have to check the lindvior patch notes if there was any changes in that quest and will edit my post when i find out (you can check as well as i m lil busy atm and dont know when i ll be back active) :d edit: according the patch notes this is the only change regarding this quest: level restriction for the following quests in fairy settlement has been lowered to lv. 88, down from lv. 90: - shadow of terror: blackish red fog - unsetting shadow and rumors - unstoppable futile efforts - we are friends - placing my small power so i don't really know, it is rather bugged, rather you need to kill more, or may be be higher level...
those fairy citizens spawns in low fairies spot. sometimes from 1st or 2nd cocoon, sometimes after 20-30 min farm.
