Problem with frost after update.

after today update im getting dc all time by frost.

tried to delete frost and restore game by this not working.
any another ideas about what to do ?

 

i have the same problem, and did same that rudolf.
also i have tried to close all other programs, and i checked for viruses//malware with a couple programs and i still get dc.
any idea someone about what can we do?

 

same problem, windows 7 fully updated, cleared by ccleaner, avast and spybot

 

same problem, canâ´t stay logged in more than 1 minute since the update

 

have you tried to use check4game program?

 

im also getting dc after about 1 min... annoying.

yes, i trid to repair the game many times. yesterday everything was ok - today dc after 1min.

fixed my problem. in check4game i had one warning about an nvidia dll file. updated my graphic card drivers and its up and running again.
hope it fixes everyone's problem too

 

made all the checks/repairs, nvidia drivers updated... still dc after max 1min.

i have even uninstalled and installed the game again. have no more ideas...

 

its rly epic ... 0 info from innova side about this problems.

issue has been reported. once there will be answer, it will be posted here

 

i fixed it uninstalling all the nvidia drivers, and then looking on regedit for the "bad" nvidia dll register and deleted it, after it installed the new drivers and now it is working for me...good luck for all...and in my opinion frost should care a bit more on don't detect things like this as viruses :/, ty razzly for the help.

i need wireshark (from play to dc) logs from users with dc

 

for me is working now, ty.

 

today after the update i have the same problem also.
disconect in max 1 minute. i used checkgame i didnt found any error.
anyone have found solution ?

 

did you simply reboot your pc after update?)

 

i was playing until 4 hours before update maintance. then i close my pc i went to sleep. i wake up after maintance. i came to the site click to play the game. and then i had the disconect problems from frost security.
