Bots on Core

hey , i came to this server thinking that there are few to no bots on the server . but having nothing to do on a friday night(nolifer i admit) , i thought going to a few adena farm zone to see what happens , if there are bots .
i went to mos and dragon valley and found a lot of bots.
i made a ticket on support and got an answer like: we are going to check it when we have time. made like 8 tickets only got answer on one.
thing is these guys are still online. what do you guys think ? bots or robots?
