Problem with playing

hello,

i cannot play l2 - the game is installed but client crashes all the time. i have read many forums, but did not find solution. i have windows 7, 64-bit, direct x 11. the problem is, i cannot mannually enable directdraw, direct3d and agp. is there any solution to it or am i done with playing on this comp?
