Event Question: Unbind-S grade

i have a question regarding unbind s grade. it is listed as a reward at current event, but so far no one that i know, nor i was able to obtain it, only higher ones.

is it an actual reward, or are only scrolls of r+ obtainable?

yes, you can obtain an s-grade scroll if you're lucky. unlike r-grade ones, the s scroll is not tradable.

you got one and don't need it, and i want one, and i can't get it xd don't understand why they are not tradeable since others are... (staff?)
