Best race to play as Othell Fortune Seeker ?

i can use human, elf, dark elf, orc to dual class an othell fortune seeker.

what is the best race to play as othell fortune seeker ?

elf has dex bonus as dagger and works well with + dex setup.
orc has str and con and could be used to build a +con or a +str setup.
dark elf has good str and quite ok dex but low con.

take into account that othell fortune seeker gets this passive in next update : max hp/cp, p. atk. is increased 15%. increases damage to npc by 30%. (so con and str builds are suddenly a little more viable)

so what is the best race to play othell fortune seeker and what setup should be used ? +con, +str or +dex ?

imo use orc, since fs is dwarven class and orc from dwarf have not so many differences, so best option imo to make an orc, nice str, nice con, and dagger has all the speeds anyways.

str - increases your ability to crit skills (including resetting blow timers), for a dagger it is incredibly helpful to crit shadow hide (double duration), angel of death (double duration), final ultimate evasion (double duration), clone attack (cooldown reset or double clones), shadow flash (cooldown reset)
you also get p.atk/p.critical damage increase but the bonus is small, the true investment is what i first mentioned.

dex - your dex value determines the rate at which p.skills crit (description of superior light armor mastery passive). more dex increases othell's p.skill damage and x2 critical

now let's analyze it.

human, elf, dark elf, orc can all reach the maximum of 500 critical rate even with orc base 50 dex. since only elf will be able in valiance update (epeisodion) to surpass 500 critical rate the dex option is less interesting for othell fortune seeker that lacks that particular skill.

so human, elf, dark elf and orc with +dex get extremely little bonus from dex in terms of auto attacks (max critical rate/attack speed) but good bonus in terms of blow x 2 damage.

othell fortune seeker gets : max hp/cp, p. atk. is increased 15%. increases damage to npc by 30%. http://wiki.terragamers.net/index.php?title=epeisodion_othell_rogue

this means that:
1. auto attacks will do 45% more damage to npc and 15% more damage to players !
2. blow damage 30% more to npc, and a little more to players because of 15% more power attack.
3. it is unwise to use elf low str with bonus from power attack since it won't stack well. it is best to use dark elf for stacking power attack with a full +str setup.
4. it is unwise to use dark elf low con for stacking hp. it is best to use orc for maximizing hp. one can even try to use +con setup to get maximum hp on an othell, but no idea if it means really that much extra hp.

for +30 dex, skill critical rate increases from 35% to 44% for a total of 9% or 0.3% for each dex point.
for +30 str, skill double duration/reset increases from 16% to 22% for a total of 6% or 0.2% for each str point.

elf after awakening has 96 str while dark elf has 106 str and orc has 102 str. the reset skill/double duration for elf is really bad, if for 100 str it's 16% for 96 str must be 15.2%.

dex gets more % than str % for every point (9% vs 6% in the test or 0.3% vs 0.2%) and also has higher values to start with, but all othell get 14 free str from passives and probably double duration/reset is considered overpowered by ncsoft compared to double damage blows from dex.

str dyes also give +1dex while dex dyes give +1 con.

so:
1. for max double duration/reset build with full str setup and +3 dex from dyes it's dark elf that gets with dyes and no equipment : 59 dex, 131 str, 77con.
2. for max blow damage 2x build with full dex setup and +3 con from dyes it's elf that gets with dyes and no equipment : 76 dex, 96 str, 85 con.

that means for dark elf : 36.7% to blow 2x damage and 22.2% double duration/reset.
that means for elf : 42.8% to blow 2x damage and 15.2% double duration/reset.

15% more power attack for both means: 131 str - 96 str = 35 str * 15% = 5.25% extra more damage for dark elf compared to elf.
don't forget the huge bonus to npc 30% meaning 35* 30% = 10.5% extra more damage for dark elf compared to elf.

total : 5.25%+10.5% = 15.75% extra more damage between the dark elf and elf build just from % difference. the real power attack difference is 35% (from 35 extra str the dark elf has) + 15.75% = 50.75 % extra power attack for dark elf !!! (pve) and 40.25% pvp

fortune seeker is nice only because you can make both a dark elf and a elf into this class.
anyway does it really worth it to make a spoiler vs a full class like wr or gh ?
