making sub quest?

do we still need to make a quest for sub in god?
be4 they ware:
fate`s wisper and mimir`s elexir

i am asking cuz wanna know if i still need to get a top b weapon.

yes quests for sub are still needed fate's whisper and mimir's elixir. the only difference now is that when u finish those two quests is that to add sub you must visit npc raenae in talking island village to add your sub.
