Still missing/lagging NPCs

    as title says, what the hell going on? we cannot play without npcs.... mobs are not respawns etc.

    fix it please!​


    ps.: and do not tell me to be patience!

    be patience, after card's event everything will be fine, like always ;p
    every time when innova puts some event with items from mobs, smth is going wrong.
    it was, it is and it, seems so, will be...
