"You are currently logging in" cant play

hi all,

im new here, i have done all the installation like they said on 4game.
and when i run the launcher im always "currently logging in" but wtf i try to connect myself !!

so can you help me to solve this problem.

i cheking the game and found l2.exe no exist. as i fix it?
