Failed to Create Game's Process

hi!

till yesterday night i was able to log-in as usual and play without any problem, but this morning when i click on the play buttion it cames out with this error.

failed to create game's process

and i cant go through this. i've tried to restart my pc and tried to use the fix button and nothing changes..

i use panda cloud antivirus, windows 7 and firefox as broswer.. but as i say, till yesterday all was fine..

i can not play in l2 level with www i had this problem >>>> error>>failed to create game's process.
i try reinstall 4game, i try has try also fix 4game, try reinstal visualbasic, also try to enter the game for browser mozilla and interner exploer and i have still this same problem.
anyone has any ideas on this issue?

sorry for my english ^ ^ but i have no idea what already do with it.

i use panda cloud antivirus, windows 7 32 bit, browser mozilla, and i'm too yesterday all was fine ehhh

i post my solution to help pmaker too
but hope is just temporary!

disable panda cloud, launch the game, then u can re-activate the antivir.

 

oo what for ****, yes!!! i confirmed, i have disable panda and l2 worked , but support please try to fix this problem.

do you have add l2 process as exceptions in panda?

 

no but till yesterday this was not a problem i try to add the whole folder to exclusion.

 

so i guess the issue is done. closing it now.
