NPC Server down

hey, just to let the staff know the npc server has been down for the last 2+ hours. could we please have a server restart? thank you.

 

actually its been down for much longer time :/

 

any information about when/if the server will be fixed. its been like 4 hours now with no npcs and no word at all.

 

7 hours now, no word... a bit crazy to send everyone home at once...

 

this problem is caused by bugged orfen, when someone tries to kill it, npcs on server are going down. i would suggest to disable orfen until the issue is fixed. it affects the whole server in prime time.

 

i want refund pa use again the fail to provide use a stable server refund mine wasted day pa

 

in this case please write a ticket to the support team, forum staff cannot deal with it.

also, the issue has been flagged for gms and will be processed as soon as possible,

well it started going down around 23:00 or 24:00 (+2 gmt). went out to hunt with my bf and we soon got that the mobs wont res back - and then we found no npc what so ever. people are so loyally online still - and its 7-8 hours later. heh. this happen on dk too. well i took the opportunity to ride from goddard to aden on my horse and joke around a bit with people. but how long will the npc-strike last.. like someone called it. hope we can get rolling again soon.

 

no need to worry about, it is being processed right now and npc will come back soon,

please, check wovles, them are causing "npc server" crashes people are using them meanwhile raiding orfen for more dps i believe its caused by to many npc actions are taken..

 

and explain why there's no such effect while ant queen raid? there are as many chars as on orfen and all of them using summons.
afaik there were no npc lag at aq since lindvior started and at least 3 at orfen. the one from yesterday was the biggest and most annoying.
