[NPC server bug] We are sorry!

hello, fellow players!

today, november 29th, the npc server got bugged at 21:30 (gmt +0).

we totally understand that that this incident should be compensated properly, so here is what we offer.

those of you, who had premium account active during the incident, will get 1 day of pa for free. it will be done automatically, so you don't need to contact support on this issue.

today we will place angel cats in all cities of aden, that will have a special buff for you!

they will stay there for the weekend.

after speaking to angel cat, you will receive angel cat's blessing.

keep in mind that only one item is allowed per account.



also, any paid for items with a limited duration that were used before the incident can be compensated. in order to receive the compensation, you need to create a petition for our support service titled "item compensation for npc server downtime". each case will be looked into; there will be no universal decision for all of such cases.

most of people that yesterday was not able to play, only play at night.

so you will benefict players that were not online yesterday night, and not compensating the people that only play at night.

would be nice if you reconsider it and make the buff once per day
