And admins need rest?

for this kind of project, there should be at least one person, who check's on server all the time.
or there should be some kind of system, which alerts admins of big issues that occurred.

4game has how many servers? en, pl, de, and a lot of ru servers? and you cant afford 1 person to watch on these servers for big issues?

server's is online 24/7 (except maintenance's), so because of that, servers should be watched 24/7. if you cannot guarantee 24/7 service, you should write in your site "if server will go down at ~10pm, we will fix it only in the morning".

i'm not blaming you for wanting to rest, it's completely understandable, people need rest. but it's hard to believe that owners of this project cant afford to hire some one to watch on servers 24/7.

i asked for more details about this issue. there was no npc downtime at all and this is the reason there was nothing to restart/reset during this period. npc server has been bugged and it was seen in game only.

the compensation is on its way and there was one-time problem.
