Forgotten Scroll - Combat of Pa'agrio

i just noticed that this fs drop from mobs 84 lvl, same as fs 81+ like pain of shilen or final secret.

but other combo buffs for wc/elder and ol(72 and 74 book) drop from hs/varka mobs.
so i want to know its wrong description or there is no chance to get 70 lvl ol combo book?

i looked all droplists i know and i think is only mob. not sure though. u can try kill it though since those mobs are pretty weak. try go with 2-3 ppl same lvl as you. gl
