Freezing screen + dc problem solution

hi all during last week i had freeze screen or dc everytime i was in kartia soa etc.. and also during normal farming on bloody swampland after maximum 10 minutes i wasnt able to do anything after reading 20 useless topics i start to think by myself about solution of this problem. in my case it was coused by the switchable graphic card in my laptop, intel graphic card and dedicated radeon 6770m. so here is solution:
1. restart your laptop
2. get into bios
3. find switching graphic card option (by defoult is set to fixed)
4. change to manual
5. save and exit
6. after running windows go to ccc>power setting and switch your graphic card to high performance
7. enjoy lineage 2 without freezed screen
