Problem With ORC Battleroar pls help

i have problem with using battleroar on my orc destroyer(no efect). pls help!

 

remove bless the body buff and try again battleroar, it will work.

 

still dont work it i need gm help about it.

 

guys pls fix battleroar, it says it recovers 35% of hp(lvl6) and increase max. hp by 35%, so it should work on iss buffs too.
it was always giving healing effect in previous chronicles and the description of the skill didnt change so why the effect does?

battle roar worked only with btb buff , using it with improved condition or any other superior buff(iss in this case) will have no effect.
