Game LAGG (not connection) - anyone expierencing ?

    want to ask people are they expierencing any game lagg i mean not connection but just game lagg. for exemple i have pretty decent cpu but when 4-5 partys go 1 place i have to reduce everything in order to not lagg. i tested my cpu i streched it i tried other games to look maybe it is my problem but all worked flawlessly.
    so is it my problem or it is server side thank you in advance
