Apo dual dagger double sa

hi, i have googled and asking in game but cant find an answer. how many gems r you need to double sa a apo dual dagger?

also, is it a better choice for pve/pvp having a apo dual dagger double sa or a single dagger 1 sa r95? i think the double is better cuz of the % damage in pvp.

you need 40 gems r for 2nd sa on apocalypse weapons. each s.a. is giving +5% pvp damage so 2 s.a.s = 10%. i think you would be fine with a dual s.a. apoc instead of one s.a. specter.

 

single dagger gives more crit power at +4 and percentage arent calculated as u think
