problem ,problem and ...problem

yesterday all was ok,today ...... error 713. i do anything , update/reinstall 4game;update/reinstall .net framework 4.5;update java;i dont know what to do,the problem is other i think...when i go to open the 4game in "administrative tool> service" at the status on "4game-service" its showing "starting",and in few second show me unable to start service."the operation could not completed","the service did not respound to the start or control request in a timely fashion"
what can i do? i turn off pc ,and when i open all are destroyed )wtf?

 

wtf? )) now its work ,i dont do anything wtf!?

 

run - msconfig - services - hide all microsoft services - make sure 4game-service is checked, click apply, ok and restart pc
