we need to warn you that in the period from 29.12.13 to 09.01.13 most of our gms are going on a vacation. that means the time which will take us to respond to tickets will increase.

it does not mean that we will stop working at all.

it just means that it will take us longer to process the tickets. each of us shall appear online to solve some tickets on different days.

also, as mentioned here https://4gameforum.com/showthread.php?t=24966 , vp will be refilled those days with server restart or no ?

 

hm, don't remember if vp ever refill after server reboot.

vp refills are independent of maintenance/restart, there was some confusion on 1st week of server long long time ago

vp is reffiled every wednesday 06:30 gmt +1. doesnt matter if there is mainteance or server is alive.

 

december 30, 5 am - 10 am (gmt +0)
january 6, 5 am - 10 am (gmt +0)

these time, it means the restart will be between those hours or it will be down during those hours? i'm pretty sure its just a reboot of 10-20 min between those hours, but would be nice to know for sure.

 

maybe announcing when you'd be almost non-active wouldve been better not to do... dwarf bots active

 

relax when they will return they will ban everyone xd

 

funny thing is that after they went to vacation i got a lot of 504 gateway time-out -.-

 

we all got that error all time so we need wait to fix it when they get back.lil patience wont harm us on this.they already informed us they are on vacation as the whole world.they are human!
