    elemental summoner would be the best one to choose?

    just pick anything you like to play, there is not a best one. if you cannot afford buying extra gear for your dual, go for wynn because you will use your light armor and bow until 99.

    other choice is going othell if you can buy dagger. another option is going tyrr with light armor but i've no idea if it's very effective.
