Cant Log in into my Account

hi me and my friend made account for iss on email removed email there are two characters on this account named: edziaa female iss 89 or something and human othell 85 anyway we had abreak from core server and now we back trying to log into this account and we cant ... and when my friend tryied option "forggoten password" it says account doesnt exist, please let me know what happened to our account. thank you

 

nothing could happen to your account if only you decided to delete it officially via support... innova does not do anything to old abandoned accounts... what can you do now, create some new account and write there https://support.4game.com/ maybe they'll help you

p.s. though it is not that hard to raise char till 89lvl

 

what u talking about it is not that hard to raise char till 89 lvl .... i would like to get some info about my accounts i cant log in ...hello anybody there im not going to make a new account maybe u want me do buy premium on each account i have .... i didnt do anythin to my account suddenly i cant log in can you please tell me whats going on ? maybe i got hacked or somethig ?
