Where to get quest for blank scrolls?

it used to be gatekeeper in catas...

 

maybe that quest doesn't exist anymore and if you can still exchange them it's to let people who had some use them (for old server).

 

from god patch notes:
* scrolls of ancient magic that could be obtained from the catacombs and necropolis are now dropped by field monsters.
* removed quest: yoke of the past

since, so far i did not get any drops of 'scrolls of ancient magic' i assume that quest has to be taken for that to happen... or, there are specific mobs that drop it.

 

maybe that's a 85+ drop... but would be weird...

you can make common dual if you have common sword... wait, i think there is a problem here !
