quest // npc "a treasure box"

hey, i saw some people selling "a treasure chest"
found nothing about those boxes.
anyone can tell me how to get them ?

 

i think its those :
bought with cry or mats.
can give lots of nice stuff from enchant to attribut stone and hair accessories...

 

yes but where ? i tryed with d cry and all my mats in iventory but which npc ? where i was he got nothing to trade!
ncsoft site say moe or eeny but dont find a npc called so.
how many d cry needed ?

 

there is one of those npc in the big plaza in giran in the corner adjacent to the grocery and weapon shop area.
as for the number of item you need, it's written on the chart previously posted (top left corner) and the option only appear if you have enough mats for it.
