Connection problem

hello,

i have an unusual problem with conncetion. since summer there is a connection problem from innova to my college network. game is getting disconected and than its not able to enter innova website (www.eu.4game.com) . sometimes connection lasts for 10 minutes sometimes 60 min ....its random, same for the time when its not able to reach website random .... when the connection is up game is w/o any lags. i have tryed connection on other computers at school/college with the same results.

cmd ping www.eu.4game.com when connection is lost 0/4 100% loss

- i can normaly play when im on different network (home etc.)
- our college network data center is not blocking any websites/ports
- last year everything was fine
- in network is about 11300 computers

can provide ip, hostname
