FrostSecurity problem ?

well , i download l2 from eu page, and i install it. when i started the l2.exe (in the system), and a windows appears, it says frostsecurity, like this :

and then, an error

what happens? :s , what can i do?

i got ati xfx 5770 xxx 1gb and its working fine...

 

there must be some difference, i was playing god in botland yesterday, i understand they have different security checks and all, but i just tested dx9 and all was ok. my video has only 512 ram, is a laptop, but supports at low settings quite a few clients, last time i tested it was able to play one and 2 follow and can hold even more in shops or afk.
i cant believe it doesnt work here with 1 client...
i go test another lower specs laptop. that runs god too in botland.

i turned windows firewall down /// i have deleted microsoft visual c ++ and installed again // turned off antivirus and still dosent work and i hava a pretty good pc so for sure is not a hardware problem ...... any help anyone?
