    hello ppl

    i need help for my freind lhanna

    he up 85 with a win surmoner de and finish 4 th class
    he do a quest and got certificate mentee in inventory but he go in vacation .
    so he come on game and he see the certificate has dispareted.
    ppl can help me for got againt certificate or is total fail ?
