    hi , i made quest "a dark twilight" on valley of saints and i didn't find npc hierarch who gave me this quest . i need him to finish this quest and i pretty sure he must be there where i take this quest from here. can u add this npc ?

    i done this q today without problems... except amount of exp/sp, it is joke.. :d
