MSCTFIME.UI: L2.exe error

i didnt find similar threads with exactly the same problem, so started new one! when i press play button everything stops after dragon roar, i didnt even get to character selection.

can someone help, because i reinstalled lineage 3 times, and i am getting angry of this error :/

sry but i won't reinstall my os, i tried to reinstall msxml 4.0 packet, but it didnt help! something else ?

 

with this error: u cant fix it with reinstall os , reinstall client. i dont know why and i think gm too.
last time i can play beacuse i uninstall 4game/ use cclean/ install again. and after someday critical return. now cant do anything else to play.
i reinstall my os and new install full client. but still error.
maybe because frost . with lineage2 west (us) never see this error.
