Site/Launcher issue

i hope is not the wrong section.
a friend of me experienced in those 2 days a problem to launch the game through the site,that made him unable to play the latest days.
those problems were mostly due to the fact that he couldnt push the button 'play' and the generical load time of the web page was insanely high (up to 10 mins even without refreshing).
at some point seems he had to reinstall the whole application but still he wasnt able to get into the game through the site-launcher.
is there any way to solve it?

uninstall the 4game application
clean up a registry and browser's cashe.
install it again (make sure you are installing the latest version)
set the installation path for the client as already existing folder is.
wait for a fullcheck.
check your antivirus and firewall options here
