[Epeisodion] Release date

hello, fellow lineagers!

the approximate date of release of epeisodion on live is 11.03.2014.

please note that it still may change, as we are fixing bugs and testing the update in pts environment.

check this thread often for more updates.

 

28.02.2014 will be last day of oly . better will be live in 4.3.2014

 

well nice to hear u already put eta, but pazak, dont u think it would be better to make update in new oly period...?

 

what will happen with olympiad matches? new 50 matches start saturday, and update will be before last friday, if u make lets say 30 matches before update, we will still have 20 matches for friday, or we will have 0?

 

you will have 0.

the limit of matches will drop. if you will have 30 or more matches played by next friday, you will have no more matches available. if you will have less than 30, the number of matches available will be adjustes according to new limit.

you still have one more weekend to play whatever matches you have left, so i would no worry about that so much.

from my pov is no rush with the update, is more important to fix all (most important) bugs and only then update the chronicle. my 2 cents.

 

i think most of us will agree with that to wait for all the necessary bug fixes before update or some will totally ruin the game. better more tests than fail hard.

i say same thing when all ppl started scream for pts and next update.they all want this update so much while i dont find any extraordinary changes to be unticipate for.for sure have a delayed update with fixed bugs is better than an on time update with many bugs.personally i cant wait for ertheia but its another story ty for info pazak and hope everything will function well.

as far i saw there wasnt so major bugs already knows so wont be problem

boring. i guess some ppl have all day to troll forums. and actually no mr stalker, i mean bugs, like trasken being unkillable for nearly 1.5 years on our servers. (from god till lindvior).

 

yeah...

less adena from mobs, less sp from mobs, less drops from mobs, less drops from rb's, less rewards from quests, less critical craft, more items on l2 store, more ppl lvl95+ with event items, more ppl reaching lvl99 with event items, more ppl lvl99 running around with event items because it going to be even more hard to get adena/drops to buy normal r99 stuff, etc...

 

sorry for those people still exping, been sorry since lindvior, but for late game players the update brings new things. i wouldn't stay in glory days even if i had a choice because things get boring as hell.
