hello.
my friend logged today in l2 and she occured a chatting problem. dunno why but she is unable to write any message for 300minutes. when she logs she got message that chatting is disabled for 300minutes. thats all, how can it be lifted? and what is it ? a game bug ? or gm checked her character? its wearid because she don't announce any other servers or sth, so for what is such penality? no info anywhere, on mail or on 4game account while logging. only ingame penality. character name is ashenie. looking for some explaining and help. ty in advance.

your friend most likely received penalty for rude language. to be sure what happened , should you write a ticket to out support team
