2nd/3rd class skill.

i agree that keeping the enchant on the old skills is unfair, and i agree they should be removed, but since you misled us
in believing that they would be enchantable i as many other decided to enchant them to not be in disadvantage.

by doing this i spent more than 800m adena, i know of others who spent much more.

i ask the staff to please reroll these enchants and give back the full sum of adena spent for the enchants.


everyone that lost money and agrees please open a ticket on support.

 

you had the ncwest patch notes since 2 months. korean version was 1 year old or more. no excuse there.

 

except, on ncsoft they didn't reset the skill enchants, even on the russian they didn't reset the enchants till now.

and this is what was written on our patch notes.

what i'm asking and i'm sure everyone who enchanted their skills is a fair compensation because we were misled. we didn't blindly enchant these skills, we didn't gamble.

innova made a decision to remove them after they evaluated that it's unfair for new players. what i ask is a fair compensation.

i don't want to turn this in a troll thread neither i'm here to justify or discuss the matter. i'm sure than many people also in bs who enchanted their skills feel like they deserve the right compensation.

people who enchanted 2nd/3rd class skills between innova announcement that "skills of 2nd and 3rd class (upgraded in lindvior update) will not be reset" and giving on innova forum information about reseting skills to +0 after incomming update should get full amount of adena/sp that they have spent on enchant in these time frames. only this can be called recompensate.

ofc it was written on pre patch notes and confirmed by gmpazak so something need to be done and its not 5kk compensate (lesser giant something)

you are saying keeping the old skills enchanted is a disadvantage to the new players, but just reseting them and giving 5kk worth of items (instead of the billions it cost) is disadvantage to the old players. so keep it fair for everyone, reset the skills and compensate the adena, sp and books spent on it, fair and square.

 

i have some doubts it's still possible to check how much people spent on their skill enchants...

better compensation than essence of the giants should be given, that's 100% from my point of view, it's very poor.

what, i don't know, adena spent, or immortal scrolls (for example 3rd class skills, 1 scroll for +4, 2 for +5-8, 3 for +9-12, 4 for +12-14, and 5 for +15). just an idea though... those scrolls could potentially be worth a lot of adena without injecting it into server. not too op because people just have usually 1 of those skills per character.


ps: i still think skills that are immediately replaced by other level 85 awakened skills ( like duelist vs berserker, reflects vs spike shield, rapid shot vs quick fire, etc) simply shouldn't be given at awakening though and they should be removed now :d

 

i think they can easily check who spent how much, the same way as they are "recalling" 3-6 months old ah transactions...

(i agree that having 2nd/3rd profession skills after awakening should have never happened too)

 

refund who spent money on enchanting skills and remove 2nd/3rd skills from game..

at least the game would be more balanced and the only problem with the game after that fix would be the pay 2 win subject )

 

dear innova staff,

we know that most of you don't play this game and we also know that you probably don't have all the knowledge about game/pvp balance. there is no need to reset any skills. you deceived the players by giving them a deadline to enchant those skills (in form of "you cannot enchant them after the next update") and now, from nowhere, and with no previous warning, you just want to reset it. if you really want to do it, provide real compensation for every adena and sp spent on enchanting those skills, for every single player.

in general, there are cases of you taking back items bought from the ah, changing the account sharing rules when some "key" people complained about it, giving back items for people that were not owner of accounts and many more. in all honesty, you are being terribly unprofessional. you expect players to stick by the rules but you cannot stick to them yourselves.

do whatever you want, but stop disregarding your own rules and provide proper compensation to your playerbase if you decide to do massive changes that are not on the patch notes. stop with this circus. treat your customers well.

and for god's sake. do not remove any skills from the game. they are there for a reason. do not destroy whatever variety is left in this game just because of some people do not wish to put the same effort in making new characters with them.

oke. i made new tank esp for that reflect after i readed the patch notes - skill will be kept with previous enchant be4 update etc etc. i had few time so i decided raise new tank :
- euro l2store - for fast lvl up on new tank ;
- lots of adena to oe that skil ;
- adena to ++ new skils for new tank;
- adena to transfer longing talisman on new tank;
- remade new deys for new tank;
and now u give back 5 kk compensation ???? this is a v v big bu ll sh it tbh. i am for resseting all the skils. but gime back time lost , euro invested in l2store , adena on skils etc. bcz of ur decision, right now - im behing 1month of exp/farm extra adena + the adena spent on new char and not invested in 1st char. u call this fair compensation ?

ps: and for sure im not the only one who did this.

actually koreans did many mistakes about game changes. well they changed the whole game. then they realized the old ways were better so they want to change things back. but they made some mistakes again. forgot to fill the holes, burn the bridges. jet bike for all of them who did a new char just for the old skills! btw i'm sure too old skills from awakened chars will be deleted from a ninja patch or with any next update because they unbalanced and making advantages. that's why people are did new chars.

 

you did gamble because it wasn't said that the 2nd/3rd class skill enchants were going to stay forever. they might as well plan to remove them one day after the patch and still they do exactly like they say in the patch notes

as i've said before, our patch notes only came 2 weeks ago... so whoever made a 98/99 char now just for those skill clearly started earlier based on the assumption we would get the same as ncwest (= gamble).

 

it's different, it would have been a gamble if it wasn't known that these skill enchant would remain, instead it was said that the enchant would stay. on the russian until now they still have the enchants. on ncsoft till next update they still have them.

don't tell me it was a gamble because it wasn't. anyways no one is asking to keep the enchants only a fair compensation since there was a huge miscommunication.

 

they will not be deleted unless there is a specific update from korea that actually removes them from the game. innova has no right to just delete skills on their own. it would be just the pure stupidity. the skills are there on korea for a reason. who wants to keep them, keeps them.

mistakes and weird decisions aside, i don't think the innova staff will dive that deep in the realm of incompetence.

 

i was talking about koreans not innova. first mistake from them was when they allowed awakened chars to keep old skills. we all remember iss with songs and dances, healers with pow etc. all awakened skills should be with autolearn. also 2nd mistake came with the chaos essence. st with da reflect for example. they are trying to fix these stuffs. but these are old stuffs. i'm wondering why these things just revealed now.
