Problem with isntalation

hello,

i decide to play on innova but i have problem with isntalation. i delete all lineage2 folder game etc from my pc then i instal 4game client. everything working fine but when i go on web site after instal i missing here buton for game instal

i have all the time message here the application error 728 has occurred. failed to connect to cdn
i shut down firewall antivit but nothing help

can help me someone?

btw i have windows vista x64 sp 1 but on the web is requirment they support vista but with sp so idk if problem isnt here

 

i am try it now in work i have here same os and here i have no problem :/

i am trying run connection test i found some zip file here on forum and i ping on every ip adress in this test

any1 have some idea? support didnt answer me for 2 days..

which kind of antivirus and firewall do you have on your private pc? which kind of webbrowser do you use?

maybe some windowsupdates the diffrence between your private and work pc?

hey i am trying it with ie mozila and chrome same result for all browser. actually i have windows firewall i turn it off and still doesnt work. antivirus i have only k9 web protection i turn it off but still same

 

please try to click on update 4game application you can find it on left bottom corner at the 4gamesite.

i try it xtime updater show message u have old 4game instaler or something like that update something then i have again eror on web

 

1st step)

type "services.msc" on start - search and hit enter. (without "")

find "4game-service" service, right click and restart it.



2nd step) (in case step #1 didn't worked out properly)

type "services.msc" on start - search and hit enter. (without "")

find "4game-service" service, right click and disable it.

download 4game application at the bottom corner of 4game website, as marbitter said, close all open browsers and install it.

go on the play page ( https://eu.4game.com/lineage2/play/ ) and try again.

i completly remove k4 web protection and now everything work fine. i think u can use this solution for error 728 - problem wih firewall or something like that
