hi there guys! pretty much a new l2 player, and im leveling a dark elf abyss walker. i pretty much solo most of the time due to the fact that my friends have much more "no life" and are way ahead of me in the leveling process. :d so... that said... i wanted to ask some questions to more experienced players and would be great if you had some time to comment on these. my normal soloing technique consist of... basically dropping hexx on the mob (23% less p. def) and then auttoatacking. when dagger mastery triggers i may throw in some deadly blow with a reduced cost; i may also use deadly blow when the mob casts some ****erous skill like stun, poison, bleed, etc to try to interrupt casting. this way i can keep my health and mana at good levels just in case problems arise (i pick up too many mobs, or get aggro from unexpected ones). ofc with the sever so populated, i sometimes have to speed up killing if i see some casters getting close (/grin). if i use too many skills i may run out of gas (too low hp or mana) if i dont get the right herbs to drop from the npcs. -is there a faster/more efficient way of killing. do you use skills all the time and buy mana pots or something? -am i missing any other useful trick that we have? -do we have any skill to interrupt stuff like stuns, poison, etc? thanks in advance. alex.
well alex unfortunately for close range attack type clases this chronicle is pretty ... annoying to say the least. mellee used to lvl up in catacombs( no more cata's). its harder to grow as a dagger these days seeing how everyone is waiting to ks or wanna steal ur spot. to interrupt opponents skills u ( as a dagger) can use trick. i dont believe ur a familiar with kamaloka/laba/daily quests( get some info about those and a part of ur lvling problems will be solved). what can i tell u, i wanted to play aw also but ive noticed they are very ... not hard... but lame in lvling.
