Help !

hello! im new here,ive started like 2 weeks ago. i installed a fresh windows and i forgot to save the 4game app from desktop (that one that come with the finishing of l2 install). i logged on site, and now i should be able to start the game, but there is install the game. the game is on d partition so i have it already installed, before the new windows. so i need to delete the old one and install it again? or there is something that i can do ?!

 

navigate to https://eu.4game.com/lineage2/play/
scroll to the very bottom where you'll find "update 4game" button.
install it, then close and re-open your web browser and again go to https://eu.4game.com/lineage2/play/
right above the play button you'll find a small icon of a wrench, click it, choose "desitnation folder", put in the folder you had your lineage in earlier, then the "play" button should turn into "update" button and you should be able to proceed.

i know the way it all works can be confusing but it's really simple.
there's a service running in the system '4game-service', it's necessary for the website to be able to do anything with your game.

also i cut this out for you from another thread, might be helpful as well, just remember that in order to perform any of those you need to execute it all as administrator.

you can simply install 4game app on whatever partition you like.
you can show the destination path during instalation process or via website (click the tool and then "destination folder"). keep in mind to show proper folder which contains game files (by default its "lineageii eu" i think). you will not have to download whole game again.
