    how is that 20% works? considering base ews is 65% for fighter weap.
    65+20%?
    65+(20%*35)?
    65+(20%*65)?

    want legit administration info.

    dunno the formula of the stones, but i can tell you that i went to +3 ->+10 without fail. unfotunately u can use them just at +9 weapons max :/.
