Windowed and full screen mode

hello all,
after update i experience the following:

when i am on windowed mode i have 5-6 frames more than full screen mode. i never had this before. on lindvior and previous updates full screen used to give me 2-3 frames more.
this is really annoying since i was used to play on full screen (more space on the screen, better playing in olympiad etc). also notice that my pc is not the best out there so, 5-6 frames makes huge difference on my gameplay.
don't know if someone else can confirm that, but i am almost sure it's client side problem.

 

ok was my bad. i corrected the issue by apllying 60 hz refreshing on my screen instead of 59. you can delete this thread!
