what it gives:
- all stats (str/int/con/dex/wit/men) +1
- all atk. atribute (fire/ water/ earth/ wind/ dark/ holy) +30
- all def. atribute (fire/ water/ earth/ wind/ dark/ holy) +30

only 1 of those can be obtained /month per server by participating in fishing contest and you have to be very lucky to catch the bigest fish before anyone else does.

agathion for 2nd place (twinkling) doesn't give def. atribute and for 3rd place (radiant) doesn't give atk. atribute. 4th place agathion gives only stats +1.

as you can see this agation is quite powerfull and its usable at coc and oly.
